The pandemic has resulted in heavy impacts to Vitalant’s mobile blood drive operations and thousands of blood drive cancellations. By filling out the form below, you are signing up to participate in the virtual blood drive and to saving lives at a time and place convenient for you. Wherever and whenever you give, your donation will be attributed for your organization.
Once you hit submit, you’re not done yet! Your next step in the process is to schedule an appointment and your final step will be to make your donation. We’ll direct you to the scheduling site for your area once you’ve completed the form below.
On the scheduling site, you’ll be able to select the location, day and time that works best for you while still giving credit to your organization’s blood drive. Please be sure to use your same email address you enter into this form when you schedule your donation appointment. And then share that same email address with Vitalant staff, when prompted, on the day of your donation. You will also receive an email with this information.
